The Full Story

Caz Mason is an actor, writer, stage and screen. With a background in performance since childhood, including notable appearances at respected venues like the Everyman Theatre and London National Theatre, she has honed her talents over the years. Holding a First-Class degree in Media and Performance from the University of Salford, along with eight LAMDA Gold Medals, Caz's dedication to her craft is evident. Her creative prowess was highlighted when her original play made the front page of The Scotsman during the Edinburgh Festival in 2005.

 

 As a director, Caz has led productions such as Slice of Saturday Night with Jason Manford and co-directed Bus to Nowhere, employing Mike Leigh’s method to create an improvised musical about 1976 punk rock. Her acting credits include appearances on BBC's Having a Pop with Marc and Lard and presenting on Channel Manchester and Lanarkshire FM. Caz, after completing Brian Cox's Maestro course, is now prepared to embark on a new chapter at the Lee Strasberg Institute in the fall. This esteemed training will further enhance her skills and propel her career to new heights in acting and performance.

 

 By using Stanislavski's method, Caz has developed characters to a 5* standard, showcasing her ability to bring depth and authenticity to her performances. Renowned for her comedic timing, improvisational skills, and captivating storytelling, she infuses every project with creativity and authenticity.
